This agreement is between us, The Lifeness Project (ABN 16 830 303 924), and you, as a client for coaching services.

1. Services

We (The Lifeness Project) agree to provide coaching services to you through coaching sessions. These coaching sessions may be individual or as a group (including pairs), based on your agreement with us.

2. Confidentiality and Information Sharing

We will keep all information disclosed by you confidential, except in cases where disclosure is required by law.

 

Where we have been engaged by someone else to provide coaching services to you (such as your employer), we may share general observations of our coaching sessions to them to assist with supporting the outcomes desired by the coaching sessions. We may share the results of any personality assessments, including 360 feedback reviews with others. We will advise you if disclosure of any information, including observations, will occur unless we aren't permitted by law.

3. Your Responsibility

You solely responsible for your own decisions and actions. You understand that coaching is not a substitute for psychology or counselling services, and that we, nor any employee of ours, is a licensed therapist.

4. Fees

You agree to pay us the agreed coaching fees. All fees are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST.

 

If you have purchased a coaching session package, you agree to be bound by the additional terms associated with that package.

5. Cancellations

You must provide at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a coaching session. If the you fail to provide adequate notice, you will be charged for the missed session. If you have already paid for the session, no refund will be provided.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, for any reason. If you terminate the agreement, you will be responsible for paying any outstanding fees, and if you have purchased a package, you will forfeit any unused sessions as part of the package.

7. Outcome of the Session

We make no guarantees or promises regarding the outcome of the coaching sessions.

8. Feedback & Complaints

9. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the state of New South Wales and the Commonwealth of Australia.

By booking a session with us, you acknowledge that they have read and understand this agreement and agree to be bound by its terms.
