This agreement is between us, The Lifeness Project (ABN 16 830 303 924), hereafter referred to as "we" or "us," and you for a workshop provided by us.

1. Services

We agree to provide you with the workshop services as described on our website or other materials provided to you.

 

2. Fees

You agree to pay the workshop fee as outlined on our website or other materials provided to you. All fees are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

If you cancel your attendance in the workshop 21 or more days before the workshop, you will receive a full refund, less an administration fee in the amount of 15% of your workshop fee (this helps us in covering the cost of transaction fees to process your order, along with any other fees and expenses we've incurred). If you cancel your attendance less than 21 days before the workshop, no refund will be given. 

 

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the workshop for any reason. If we cancel the workshop, you will receive a full refund. If we reschedule the workshop and you are no longer able to attend the new date, you will receive a full refund. Refunds will not be given where the reschedule is a time change on the same date (for example, changing a workshop start or end time).

4. Liability

We are not liable for any loss or damage to your property or any personal injury you may sustain while attending the workshop, except where such loss or damage is caused by our negligence or breach of contract.

5. Disclaimer

We make no guarantees or promises regarding the outcome of the workshop.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property used or shared during the workshop remains the property of the respective owners. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any of the workshop materials without our prior written consent.

7. Confidentiality

Any information shared by you during the workshop will be kept confidential by us, except where disclosure is required by law or you have provided your permission.

8. Photography

We may take photos or videos during the workshop, in which you may appear. You provide your consent for us to use any image (including video) that you appear in for the promotion of us and our services.

9. Feedback & Complaints

10. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the state of New South Wales and the Commonwealth of Australia.

 

By registering for the workshop, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this agreement and agree to be bound by its terms.
